Interior Painting in Los Angeles

Los Angeles spans century-old bungalows and new-build multifamily. Older housing stock brings lead-safe RRP requirements that we handle as a matter of course, alongside the HOA sign-off the newer developments expect.

    Our approach

    How we offer our service

Whether it's interior painting, we follow the same process every time: clear communication, careful prep, and our own in-house crew — no subcontractors, no surprises.

    Why homeowners choose us

    • 5-year warranty

Every project is backed by a 5-year guarantee on workmanship, not just the paint.

    • Your own dedicated crew

We use our own in-house, skilled painters — never a rotating cast of subcontractors.

    • Premium paint, always

High-end Sherwin-Williams paint, backed by its own lifetime warranty.

    • Fair, transparent pricing

A great-quality result without needing to break the bank.

    Our interior painting process

Every interior painting project follows the same three stages, from first prep to final finish.

    1. 1. 1. Protect & prep

Floors and furniture are protected, then every surface is filled, sanded and caulked before a drop of paint opens.

    2. 2. 2. Correct & prime

Drywall defects are corrected and repairs spot-primed, with a moisture-resistant finish in kitchens and baths.

    3. 3. 3. Two full coats

A low-VOC product suited to the room's use, cut and rolled for a clean, lasting finish.

    Common questions

A three-bedroom interior with walls, ceilings and trim typically runs three to five working days. Single rooms are usually a day. The variable is repair work: if drywall needs patching and skim-coating, add a day for it to dry properly before anything is primed.

Yes, low-VOC or zero-VOC products are our default for interiors. Most rooms are comfortable to re-occupy the same evening. If anyone in the home is particularly sensitive, tell us at the estimate and we will spec accordingly and sequence the work to give the space longer to air out.

No. We move furniture to the middle of the room, wrap it, and cover floors before anything is opened. We ask you to clear small valuables and anything fragile from surfaces and walls — everything larger than that is ours to handle.

Our five-year warranty covers workmanship — peeling, blistering, flaking or cracking that traces back to how the coating was applied or prepared. It does not cover damage from structural movement, water intrusion from a failed roof or window, or physical damage. We put the scope in writing on the estimate so there is nothing to argue about later.
