Yes, low-VOC or zero-VOC products are our default for interiors. Most rooms are comfortable to re-occupy the same evening. If anyone in the home is particularly sensitive, tell us at the estimate and we will spec accordingly and sequence the work to give the space longer to air out.

No. We move furniture to the middle of the room, wrap it, and cover floors before anything is opened. We ask you to clear small valuables and anything fragile from surfaces and walls — everything larger than that is ours to handle.

Our five-year warranty covers workmanship — peeling, blistering, flaking or cracking that traces back to how the coating was applied or prepared. It does not cover damage from structural movement, water intrusion from a failed roof or window, or physical damage. We put the scope in writing on the estimate so there is nothing to argue about later.

It depends entirely on the product. A wall paint on a cabinet door will mark within months. We use a bonding primer and a waterborne alkyd or conversion varnish, both of which cure hard enough to take daily use, and we let them cure before the doors go back on.

Mostly, yes. Doors and drawer fronts leave for spraying, so you keep access to the interiors. The boxes are sprayed in place behind containment, which closes the kitchen for one to two days in the middle of the job. We agree those days with you before we start.
